
Homegrown Bagels

I grew up in Manhattan, NY, the city famous for its quality bagels. I first came to California to attend College. I fell in love with it's beauty and have been here ever since. Since 1978, we have been rolling and baking traditional water bagels in the town of Sonoma, famous for quality food and wine. Our bagels are baked fresh daily using only the finest ingredients. These include high-gluten wheat flour, pure barley malt ,water ,yeast and salt. We use no preservatives at all. The "traditional" bagels are high in protein, low in sodium and contain no sugar, shortening or cholesterol.
Our "specialty" bagels are made with added ingredients such as blueberries,sun-dried tomatoes, honey, raisins, cranberry sauce, herbs and spices.
As far as I know, I make the best bagels in the hole universe.
